The RURunning Team promotes and encourages distance running as a competitive sport. We strive to improve fitness and health by supporting running, jogging, and walking. Toward those goals, the RURunning Team members participate in races, regular training runs, and coordinate other running activities that encourage a healthy lifestyle.  Our members range from professional USA Track and Field certified coaches, seasoned running enthusiast, and beginners.  Our goal is to meet your training needs regardless of your level.
